PADI Search & Recovery Diver Specialty

Certification provides divers with the necessary knowledge and skills to locate and recover objects lost at sea.

Certification can also be credited for the Master scuba Diver program.

Pre-Requisite:

• Advanced Opening  Water Diver

In this course, you will go through:

• Search patterns

  ​

• Environmental factors affecting search patterns

  ​

• Heavy versus light object recovery

  ​

• Operation of lift bags

  ​

​​

Graduates will receive a PADI Search & Recovery Specialty Diver e-card.

• Theory

• Skills development (4 sea dives)

  ​

Duration:

• Estimated 2 days at sea

  ​

• Days are flexible and will be discussed based on participants availability
